What Board Service Involves
- Meeting CadenceQuarterly full board meetings held in the evening.
- Committee WorkParticipation in specialized committees (e.g. Governance, Finance, Outreach) as needed.
- PreparationReviewing board packets and reports ahead of meetings to ensure productive discussion.
- RepresentationActively representing the mission of Rogue Advocates in the community.
Time Commitment
While individual needs vary, most board members contribute approximately 2–4 hours per month. This includes meetings, email coordination, and light research.
